We operate dedicated receiving facilities in both Florida and New Jersey. Both locations receive cargo Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

How do I pick up my freight once it arrives in Bermuda?

Cargo can be collected from our local Bermuda warehouse located at 4 Addendum Lane, Pembroke (off Pitts Bay Road, past Busby's Paint Shop). Warehouse hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (last customer served at 4:15 PM).

Does Sea Venture use third-party agents in the U.S.?

No. Unlike many other logistics providers, Sea Venture never uses outside agents. Our dedicated staff manages your cargo directly at our U.S. warehouses, ensuring maximum security and clear accountability.

Can I ship oversized or unusually shaped cargo?

Yes. Cargo longer than 10 feet must ship breakbulk unless it can be safely hand-loaded. Please contact our team prior to delivery so we can prepare appropriate handling procedures

What are the requirements for flatbed deliveries to your U.S. facilities?

All flatbed deliveries require an advance appointment. For safety reasons, flatbed freight cannot be received during rain or when ramps are wet.
